Agia Anna

This is a famous beach of Naxos, following the beach of Agios Prokopios, with white sand, umbrellas and sunbeds. There are beach bars and taverns.

Agios Georgios

This is a sheltered and popular beach with shallow waters next to Chora. It is organized with umbrellas and sunbeds mainly around the hotels, taverns and cafes. The south end of the beach is full of surfers.

With shallow clear waters, long sandy beach and a small but significant wetland nearby, Agiassos is still relatively untouched by tourist development. On the shore you will find rooms to let and taverns.

Agios Prokopios

This is a cosmopolitan and huge sandy beach that has won many Greek and international awards (among others it is one of the six best beaches in Greece, according to the Ministry of Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works). Its greatest part has sunbeds and umbrellas. There are accommodation options, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops and you can have water sports and play beach volley.

Sandy beaches and coves with sand dunes and cedar trees. They offer the possibility of water sports, though they are not particularly organized.

The beach Eggares stretches in the northwest of the island, with a great sandy beach. It is exposed to northern winds and it usually has large waves, thus it is ideal for water sports. There is a canteen and rooms to let.

This is a quiet bay in the northwest of the island, exposed to the etesians, thus with large waves. On its sides you will find sheltered spots to swim.

It is the beach of the homonymous village, with white pebbles and clear blue waters. There are restaurants and accommodation options.

This a long sandy beach, next to Kastraki beach and the cedar forest in Alyko. There are taverns and rooms to let.

This is a secluded sandy beach with shallow crystal clear waters, where the river flows into. You can also get there by a small boat.

A small bay following Mikri Vigla, with tranquil waters and taverns in the area.

This is an enclosed bay, with a characteristic steep rock on the south side. It lies near the emery mines, on the northeastern side of the island. It has white pebbles and crystal clear waters. There are taverns and rooms for rent.

A sandy beach ideal for windsurfing and kite surfing. There are taverns and accommodation options.

A small and beautiful beach to the north of Eggares.  The long beach of Pachia Ammos stretches nearby.

It is a long beach following Agia Anna, sandy, with clear waters, organized, with umbrellas and sunbeds at spots. There are taverns, restaurants and lodgments.

Panormos (Panermos)

This is the beach of the homonymous village, the most distant beach from Chora (about 50km) and the favorite one among visitors who reach the island by boat, since the enclosed bay offers protection from bad weather conditions. It has sand and a few pebbles. It is considered ideal for snorkeling.

Psili ammos

An extendeAn extended beach with a cedar forest and sand dunes.
